Hair Loss Treatment for Women
The restoration and hair replacement profession for many years was a mystery to most traders, at worst snake oil. The aim of this series is to become aware of women around the world available treatment options that are popular, and most importantly, what works.
Physicians are often the first stop for people, and pharmaceutical intervention is often the first suggestion. This may involve changing the type of birth control do you use (some forms of hair loss, the pill, while others move to help your hair), or a drug that may require help repel some of your hair – or at least the pace of hair loss.
Some of the drugs most commonly used are minoxidil (Rogaine or Regaine), Aldactone, spirolactone, and some doctors have even been known to prescribe Propecia. Propecia is a drug that has already been given to the people, but it is not recommended for women. All these drugs have been clinically proven to cause hair regrowth, although the results vary from person to person.
If you determine the popularity of a treatment used by many people, I believe the drug could be as “popular”. While it is probably the most common is probably not the most popular choice. Most people we encounter in our clinic rather not take to drugs. Every drug has side effects, and some prefer not to variety of side effects and possible, hoping the risk that the future can cause hair growth. Some of us, because of medications that cause hair is thin, but the idea with other medications for hair growth is not an option they want to continue. But regardless of side effects, some people use as pharmaceutical drug development can maintain or re-grow hair.
Pharmacological interventions offer hope of reversing hair loss and even pushes it back. And “our experience that these drugs more often to keep your hair growth. Most people do not realize they started on their hair to lose, until they are 30% of losing already, and at best may help these drugs, again 10-15% of the hair. It is also important to note that the hair grows back is often not the same consistency or pattern that has gone before.
Rather than consider it a miracle cure, medications should be considered as an option, that the hair you have always taken into account. For some, they can also help to induce hair growth. In general, if you are able to re-grow ten percent of the hair, you had a very good result.
